摘要
为寻找一种安全、高效、低毒副作用的制动剂与催醒剂 ,选取国内易得的数种药物 ,以优选法组合成 8个制动剂和 6个催醒剂配方 ,进行了小动物药效实验、鹿体药效实验、制动剂急性毒性实验和扩大试验。结果表明 :制动剂完全达到镇痛、镇静的标准 ,肌肉松驰充分 ,制动效果优级 1 5/1 6 ,良级 1 /1 6 ;催醒剂在给定的范围内使动物苏醒 ,自行站立和行走 ,催醒效果优级 1 6 /1 6 ;本制剂毒性低 ,试生产本制剂 2 0万单位剂量 ,均取得满意的麻醉与催醒效果。本研究所获得的制动剂与催醒剂完全满足临床上对鹿制动与催醒的要求 ,并命名为“鹿眠宁注射液”与“速醒灵注射液”。
To find out safe,efficient and low toxical/ adversable immobilization agent and analeptic,several easily obtainable drugs were selected,and then 8 immobilization agents and 6 analeptica were prepared with optimization assay.Pharmacodynamical tests were carried out on small animals and on deer,so were acute toxic test and extending pharmacodynamical test.The results showed :the immobilization agents completely fulfilled analgesia,sedation and muscle relaxation.The best immobilization effect was 15/16,and the better was 1/16.The analeptica made all animals awake,stand up and walk in expected time.The best palinesthesia effect was 16/16.The two kinds on agents possess a property of low toxicity and of high safety index.200,000 units of the two agents used in the clinic gained expected effects of immobilization and palinesthesia.The immobilization agent and analeptic in this study are up to the requirements of immobilization and palinesthesia of deer in clinic,and we named them “Lumianning Injection”and “Suxingling Injecton”,individually.
