摘要
比较了树脂类型及层析柱内径不同对三七总皂苷含量测定的影响 ,通过正交试验确定了大孔树脂吸附—比色法中的树脂高度、水冲洗量及乙醇洗脱量 ,同时对该法中对照品的使用及过柱程序的必要性进行讨论 。
It was compared that the effects of the typer of resin and the inner diameter of chromatography column on the determination of total saponin content in Panax notoginseng .The height of resin,quantity of flushed water and quantity of swilled alcohol in the macro resin adsorbing colorimetric method were defined by the orthogonal test.And the use of the control and the necessity of the process passing the colunm in the method above were discussed.A rapid determination method of total saponin content in P.notoginseng was advanced.
