摘要
用灭活的肿瘤杂交细胞(融合细胞)免疫二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱发肝癌过程中的大鼠做实验。实验分三组:瘤苗免疫组、诱发对照组、空白对照组。实验全程均为18周。实验结果:瘤苗免疫组18只大鼠无一只发生肝癌,而诱发对照组16只大鼠中有10只发生肝癌,其余6只也出现了癌前期病变。结果提示:肿瘤杂交细胞在一定程度上能阻抑或延迟二乙基亚硝胺诱发大鼠肝癌的发生。
Hybrid cells formed by U-V-inactivated Sendai virus-induced fusion of BERH-2 carcinoma cells and cock erythrocytes were used to immunize Wistar rats during DEN hepatocarcinogenesis. The whole course of the experiment was 18 weeks. Among 18 immunized rats, no one hepatoma was indnced, precancerous lesions were induced in 6 rats. Among 16 control rats 10 (62.5%) hepatocarcinomas were developed and in the other 6 rats precancerous lesions were induced. The results showed that immunization with tumour hybrid cells could inhibit or delay DEN hepatocarcinogenesis in rats to a certain extent.
