用催产素与主诱乳针剂配合 诱导奶牛泌乳的研究

Study on Induced Lactation of Dairy Cows Using main Inducing-Lactation Injections with Oxytocin as Binder

将13头空怀12至36个月非泌乳的黑白花奶牛按诱乳前原产奶量相近的原则分为4组,以不同的主诱乳针剂与催产素配合诱乳。结果表明,13头牛均诱乳成功,成功率100%。用催产素的各试验组的总产奶量和日均产奶量,均高于对照组(P<0.05),并将主诱针剂的注射期由传统的7d缩短至5d。

non-milking black and White cows which had failed to conceive for12to36months were divided into4groups mainly on the basis of provious year's milk yield approximately.The animals in each group were inhduced to lac-tate by using different main inducing-lactation injections with oxytocin as binder.The rerults show that13cows of all were successfully induced to lactate with the successful rate of100%.The total and daily milk yiled in each treatment group using oxytocin were all more than that of the yield in the centrol(P<0.05).The inducing-lactation injections thera-py period was shortened from the traditional7d to5dby this study but didn't reduce the milk yield(P>0.05).
