大蜡螟工厂化生产流程及环境因素的控制 被引量:11

摘要 为了寻找大蜡螟工厂化生产过程中的适宜环境条件 ,定量控制研究了幼虫期环境因素对大蜡螟合格产品的影响。结果表明幼虫期适宜的环境条件为温度 (2 9± 1)℃、相对湿度 5 0 %~ 70 %、虫口密度 30 0头 /盒 。 Environmental factors, especially temperature and humility played the most important role in output and quality of mass reared Galleria mellonella L. Experiments on the effects of environmental factors, such as temperature, humility, larval densities per rearing box and the light on output of mass reared G. mellonella were carried out. Results indicated that constant temperature of(29±1)℃, relative humility from 50% to 70% and the rearing density of 300 per box were appropriate for mass production of G.mellonella . Light had little effect on development of G.mellonella larvae.
