关于新形势下我国外汇管理的对策思考

Some Thoughts about China's Foreign Exchange Management in the New Situation

入世后,我国外汇管理将面临遵守WTO规则和加强汇兑监管等方面新形势和挑战。其中,政策法规不完善、管理手段落后、管理对象和范围不标准、相关部门缺乏协作和信息管理系统不完善是目前我国外汇管理面对的主要问题。作者从法规、行动机制和信息系统的建设等角度提出了相关改进建议。

After China's accession into the WTO,China's forex management will encounter new situations and challenges such as having to abide by WTO rules and enhancing forex supervision.Some of the major problems,among others,are incomplete laws and regulations,backward management means,unstandardized management target and scope,lack of coordination with related departments as well as a sound information management system.The author makes some suggestions in terms of law and regulation,action mechanism as well as the construction of an information system.
