Investigation and Research of Conditioned Convertibility of RMB Deposit in Hong Kong

人民币现钞在香港事实上已经自由流通,那么在香港将其纳入正规的银行体系,不仅便于金融管理当局对人民币在香港流通以及走私洗黑钱活动进行监控,同时也可作为人民币全面可兑换的试点。对此,笔者提出了具体方法、可能面临的风险和防范措施。

RMB cash has in fact been freely circulating in Hong Kong.To bring it into the regular banking system will not only facilitate the financial authority to supervise RMB circulation and money laundering in Hong Kong,it can also pilot the operation of RMB full-convertibility.Hence,the author proposes specific measures,possible risks and guarding measures.
