摘要
本文介绍了宝钢连铸主机状态监测与故障诊断系统的研制。研究内容包括对现场硬件数据通讯系统进行的解密,设计和建立新的通讯系统;根据提取出来的辊系转矩数据建立驱动辊转矩的统计数学模型,并对驱动辊的状态进行监视。
This paper introduces the design of a Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnostic System for Continuous Casting in Baosteel Factory .The reseach mainly consists of two aspects:Declassify the original field hardware data communication system. Design and create new communication system; Create statistical mathematical model of drive-rollers according to torque data and inspect state of drive-rollers.
