从第23届IUGG大会议程看我国地球科研的国际化问题

Views on the Question of Internationalization of the Geoscientific Researches in China According to the Agenda of the 23th General Assembly of IUGG

国际大地测量学与地球物理学联合会 (IUGG)大会是国际地球物理学界的奥林匹克大会。文章就即将于 2 0 0 3年召开的第 2 3届 IUGG大会的主题 ,大会及各协会分别组织的学术讨论会研讨的主要内容作了简要的介绍 ;同时 ,对本届大会议程的某些特点 ,2 1世纪地球物理学的发展动向 ,以及我国地球科学研究在国际上的地位等进行了初步的分析。

The General Assembly of the International Union of Geodesy and Geophysics (IUGG) is the “Olympic Meeting” of the international geophysical circle. The article briefly introduces the themes of the 23th General Assembly of the IUGG that will be convened in 2003, and the main contents that will be discussed in the general assembly and symposiums held by each subunion separately; gives preliminary analysis of some features of the assembly agenda,the development trend of geophysics in the 21th century, as well as the international standing of the geoscientific researches in China.
