牛磺酸是一种由胱氨酸转化而来的β—氨基酸。已有研究证实,牛磺酸与生长发育、体温调节、营养作用、学习记忆及某些疾病有关。由于牛磺酸具有调节生理功能的作用。
The original procedure for plasma taurine quantification by Beckman 121 MB amino acid analyser was modified to have greatly redueed the assay-time from 240.05 to 8.501 minutes. Obtained result is not obviously different from that of original procedure. Using the modified procedure, the plasma taurine in new-born baby, lying woman' patients of ache vulgaris and normal controls were quantified' and hence revealed the metablic characteristics of plasma taurine in new born baby and patients of ache vulgaris. The modified procedure might be a rapid and acurate method for plasma taurine quantification.
