摘要
矿产资源是人类劳动与自然形成物的结合体 ,对矿产资源价值问题进行分析探讨 ,指出矿产资源既具有价值也具有价格。比较分析劳动价值论与收益价值论 。
Mineral resources are a combination of human labour and naturally formed material. Discussion on its value had led to a conclusion that mineral resources have both value and price. Comparative analysis of theories of labour value and benefit value has shown that it is more practical to apply the benefit value theory in assessing the mining concession value.
