摘要 采煤机螺旋滚筒的装煤性能是一个重要指标,它是受许多因素影响的,本文在分析每一个影响装煤性能因素的基础上确定三个重要因素——转速、螺旋角和牵引速度。采用1:4的模拟装煤实验台,应用正交实验的方法对滚筒的装煤效率、装煤能耗进行测定。分析测试的结果,获得三因素对装煤效率影响的程度和它们的最佳组合。 Analyses are made of all the factors governing the loading performance of the shearer spiral drum, of which three are found to be the major ones, namely, rotational speed, vane angle and haulage velocity. A 1/4-scale simulation loading stand is set up and measurements are made through the orthogonal test of the loading efficiency and the power consumption during the loading. The measurements are further analyzed to obtain the degree to which each factor affects the loading efficiency, their optimum match scheme and future investigation areas
