本文首先引入高标准定位管理的概念和方法 ,在总结国内外关于技术创新中的高标准定位的研究成果的基础上 ,建立技术创新的高标准定位新理论模型。本文将企业技术创新系统划分为核心过程和周边系统 ,并对应分析了系统的各个组成要素的高标准定位方法和要点 ,从而为高标准定位方法设立了从理论到实践的桥梁 ,有利于我国企业准确。

This paper introduces the concept and procedure related to benchmarking study.On the basis of historical literature as well as empirical studies,the paper presents a new model of becnhmarking technological innovation.In the paper,the innovation process is divided into core process and peripheral system.At the same time,the paper analyzes and pinpoints the main elements of benchmarking procedure.In doing so,the paper bridges the gap between management practice and theories,and thus provides a powerful benchmarking tool for Chinese enterprises to optimize the process of technological innovation.
