过程能力指数在质量损失研究中的应用

The Application of Process Capability Index to Quality Loss

过程能力指数Cp(Cpk)值与质量损失函数是用来进行质量分析与处理的重要工具。论述Cp(Cpk)的文献不少 ,但涉及Cpm、Cpkm 的却内容不多 ,与文 [1]不同 ,本文从整体的角度讨论了多道生产工序的Cpm、Cpkm、相对质量损失、各道工序的损失度及其相互关系 ,给出了最终产品及其各道生产工序的Cpm 、Cpkm 之间的关系。

The process capability index is a tool used for quality analysis and treatment. There are a lot of papers about the index C p(C pk ),but few papers about the index C pm (C pkm ). This paper is different from [1], it presents the index P pm (C pkm ) with several processes, relative loss,loss extent of each process and their relationships. A equation about the indexes between the final product and each process is also given. At last we give an example to express the application of index to quality loss.
