摘要
以赛洛菲尔纺纱技术原理为基础,在实验小型细纱机的基础上设计安装了一套赛洛菲尔纺纱装置,并以此装置纺出相同细度的赛洛菲尔纱和普通环锭纱,测试发现赛洛菲尔纱具有更优良的性能,并且能明显减少毛羽。文中同时从理论上探讨赛络菲尔纺纱的结构特点与降低毛羽的关系。
Based on the principle of sirofil spinning technology , a complete feeding device of sirofil spinning was designed on Ring spinning frame. Moreover, we spinned the same count of sirofil and ring yarns . Testing the yarns performance we discovered that sirofil yarn has better characteristics and a little hairiness. Finally the paper probed into the structure characteristics of sirofil yarn and the cause of little hairiness in theory
