摘要 研究一种红外焦距测量仪。用相应波长的红外光照明,采用玻罗板狭缝代替细丝,将线阵CCD探测器置于被测透镜的像面上接收信号,实现了对红外光学系统透镜焦距的测量。 This essay has introduced out researches into an instrument for measuring the focal length of infrared system. Instead of thin filament, slit was used on the Perot board, Infrared light of relative wavelength was projected, and the signals were received after putting the linear array CCD on the image plane of the measured lens. As a result, the measurement of the focal length of infrared optical system was realized.
