“恩七叶甜”、“恩五叶蜜”与绞股蓝原变种成分分析 被引量:6

摘要 将“恩七叶甜”、“恩五叶蜜”、绞股蓝原变种 (苦味 )按方差分析要求种植在相同的生态环境中给予相同的田管 ,同时播种和收获干全草进行成分分析 .两个甜味品种不仅各有风味 ,适口性好 ,而且所含有效成分人参总皂甙分别高于绞股蓝原变种 33.3%、34.3% ,总氨基酸分别高 11.8%、4 .72 % ,VE 分别高 76 %、4 5 .8% ,VB1分别高 4 6 %、76 .0 4 % ,VB2 分别高 4 1.2 %、2 5 % ,均达到极显著水平 ;总糖分别低于绞股蓝原变种 16 .3%、4 .4 % ,比绞股蓝原变种的应用领域更宽 ,使用量更大 ,医疗保健功效更好 。 Enqiyetian,Enwuyemi and Proto-variety of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Makino are planted in the same eclogical environment and given the same management according to the requirement of variance analysis.The first two are with sweet taste and the third is with bitter taste.The dried leaves are taken to analyze their composition.The two varieties with sweet taste are flaverous and palatable.Their ginseng total saponin content is 33.3% and 34.3% higher than that of the proto-variety respectively;the total amino acid is 11.8% and 4.72% hihger ;the vitamin E is 76% and 45.8% higher;the vitamin B 1 is 46% and 76.04% higher;the vitamin B 2 is 41.2% and 25% higher than of the proto-varitly.All of there elements have achieved a conspicnous level.The total sugar content of the first two varieties is 16.3% and 4.4% lower than that of the proto-variety.Therefore,the first two varieties have more applications and better medical and health function .They are of great value for industrial development.
