氨基酸分析仪测定脑组织中兴奋及抑制性氨基酸的实验研究

Analyzing Mathod of Excitary and lnhibitary Amino Acids in Brain Tissue

本文在传统分析方法的基础上,采用pH2.20的柠檬酸锂稀释液作为脑组织中兴奋性及抑制性氨基酸样品的预处理,经重复性、回收率以及平均值变异系数等项指标试验,结果改良后的分析方法有较好的重复性、回收率均在96%以上,此方法优于传统的分析方法。

Central Laboratory, The Third Minitory Medical College Abstract: On the basis of traditional analyzing mathod, PH 2.20 lithium citrate dilution buffer is used for dilution of brain tissue sample. Excitary and inhibitary amino acid of the brain tissue can be analyzied satisfactorily. We compared repentability. average variation, rate of recovery and the improved analyzing mathod has good repentability. Its rate of recovery is higher than 96%. This mathod is better than the traditional one.
