全麻对手术病人血浆尾加压素Ⅱ和肾素、血管紧张素活性的影响

The effect of general anesthesia on plasma urotensin and renin-angiotensin in surgical patients

目的 研究全麻诱导对患者血浆尾加压素Ⅱ和肾素、血管紧张素活性的影响。方法 2 0例全麻手术患者 ,于麻醉诱导前 2 0分钟和诱导后 10分钟分别抽取静脉血测定血浆尾加压素Ⅱ和肾素、血管紧张素活性。结果 与麻醉前比较 ,麻醉后尾加压素Ⅱ的浓度明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ;肾素活性及血管紧张素Ⅱ含量均有明显升高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 全麻后 ,血浆尾加压素Ⅱ与肾素。

Objective To investigate the effect of general anesthesia on plasma urotensin and rein angiotensin in surgical patients.Methods 20 patients(ASAⅠ Ⅱ)aged from 30 to 69 years old were operated on under general anesthesia.Plasma urotensin and renin angiotensin were measured at 20 min before induction of anesthesia and 10 min after intubation.Results Plasma urotensin concentration was significantly decreased and renin angiotensin was obviously increased at 10min after induction of anesthesia compared with those 20min before induction( P< 0 05).Conclusion It is indicated that the concentration of plasma urotensin and renin angiotensin changed oppositely after general anesthesia induction.
