摘要
目的 :从基因转录水平分析针刺腧穴和非腧穴效应的差异。方法 :选取健康、雄性 7月龄快速老化模型鼠 (SenescenceAcceleratedMouse,SAM P/1 0 )。随机分为非针刺组、穴位针刺组和非穴位针刺组 ,每组 2 0只 ,采用DDRT PCR技术 ,展示三组脑基因表达谱的变化情况。结果 :针刺腧穴可引起某些基因表达的增强 ,而非穴则没有明显的变化 ,同时观察到针刺非穴可以引起一定的应激反应。结论 :腧穴具有一定的特异性 。
Purpose To analyze difference of acupuncture effects between acupoint and non acupoint in genetic transcription level. Methods Healthy, male senescence accelerated mice, SAM P/10, aged 7 months, were divided randomly into non acupuncture group, acupoint acupuncture group and non acupoint acupuncture group, 20 mice in each group, and DDRT PCR technique was atopted to display gene expression spectrum of the brain. Results Acupuncture at acupoints strengthened expression of some genes, acupuncture at non acupoints did not change the expression, and acupuncture at non acupoints could induce a certain stress reaction. Conclusion Acupoints have a certain specificity, so clinically, accurate acupoint location can increase therapeutic effects.
