摘要
目的 :观察改进搓柄针法治疗痛症的疗效。方法 :在遵循前贤及总结临床经验的基础上 ,从选针、守气等方面对搓柄针法改进 ,以选取阿是穴或虎边穴为主治疗多种痛症。结论 :本法具有取穴少、效果好、操作简便之优点 ,为临床治疗痛症提供简便有效的方法。
Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of modified needle twisting method on pain. Methods On the basis of experience of predecessors and summarizing clinical experience, the needle twisting method was improved from selection of needles and keeping Qi , etc., and Ashi or Hu Bian points were selected for treatment of various pain symptoms. Conclusion The modified method has advantages of applying less acupoints, good effect and simple manipulation for clinical treatment of pain.
