摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT三维重建在诊断股骨颈骨折中的临床应用价值。方法 对 4 0例股骨颈骨折患者螺旋CT扫描后再进行三维重建。结果 螺旋CT三维重建能清晰地显示出股骨颈骨折的部位、类型、范围、游离骨片移位情况等空间信息 ,二维影像在显示骨折端的嵌顿及细小骨折线等方面优于三维影像。结论 三维影像能清晰显示骨折部位及空间解剖关系 ,提供理想的立体整复模型 ,有利于临床诊断及制定治疗方案 ,二维影像是诊断股骨颈骨折的基础和前提 ,两者结合起到协同作用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of spiral CT 3D reconstruction in diagnosis of femoral neck fracture. Methods 40 cases of femoral neck fracture were examined with spiral CT and then the images were taken and three-dimentional reconstruction was performed on work-station. Results Spiral CT 3D images could directly and clearly demonstrate the space relationship of femoral neck fracture, such as the fracture type, location, extent, fragments displacement. 2D images, however, were better in illustrating exiguity fracture lines than 3D images. Conclusion 3D images are useful in clinical diagnosis and the choice of therapy methods. It can prove space relationship information and ideal three-dimensional plastic model. 2D images are the basis of the diagnosis of femoral neck fracture, and it is better to use the two imaging methods together.
