双柱形髂骨块椎体间融合与SF固定治疗腰椎滑脱症

The use of double column of bones grafting between lumbar and SF system interfixed in lumbar spondy lolisthesis

目的 探讨经后路椎体间双柱形髂骨块植骨融合和SF椎弓根螺钉系统在腰椎滑脱治疗中的疗效。方法 采用SF系统对滑脱椎体撑开提拉复位 ,以椎间后外两侧环锯形开槽并放置柱状髂骨块行椎间植骨融合。结果 全部病例随访 6～ 2 8个月 ,原腰腿疼症状消失 ,无一例并发症 ,恢复轻体力劳动 ,效果满意。结论 双柱形髂骨块椎体间融合与SF固定治疗腰椎滑脱症固定坚强 ,植骨融合率高 ,符合脊柱生物力学要求 ,是一种有效和可靠的方法。

Objective To observe the way of lumbar spondy lolisthesis,treated with spondy lolisthes is S and fracture F system interbody.Intertransvers process crthrodesis with double columns of bone grafting.Methods Use the ablity of drag make the lumbar spondy lolisthesis back its clinical and the bone rafting between two lumbar.Result All the patients were followed up from 6-28 months.The pain of the lumbar-leg disappeared.None of the complication take active in working earlier. Conclusion Treatment of lumbar spondy lolisthesis with SF system and double columns of bone grafting has stronger fixation.Strength and higher fasion rate.
