Treatment for epistaxis in deep cavitas with microwave under nasal endoscope

目的 探讨诊治鼻腔深部出血的有效方法。方法 对 2 3例鼻腔深部出血患者在鼻内窥镜下采用微波治疗。结果 2 3例中 2 0例在鼻内窥镜下发现确切出血部位 ,均行微波治疗 ,其中治愈 18例。结论 鼻内窥镜下微波治疗鼻腔部部出血 ,部位诊断准确 ,治疗方便 ,痛苦小 ,无副作用 ,效果好。

Objective To analyze the experience and curaive effect in treating epistaxis in deep cavitas nasi.Methods 23 Patients of epistaxis in deep cavitas nasi were treated with microwave under nasal endoscope.Results Exact epistaxis points were found in 20 cases among 23,And 18 cases among the 20 were cured with outcomplications.Conclusion The technique of treating epistaxis in deep cavits nasi overcomes the disadvantage of traditional operation method.
