By means of the retrospect of the circulation between the times of peace and turbulence in China's traditional history,this article analyzes the political and economic basis for the existence and maintenance of the circulation. And this article also attempts to make clear the basic reason for the obstinate circulation that still exists in present China's society.This article also tries to provide certain enlightenment for the stable development of contemporary society during the period of its transference.
