塑形夹板治疗尺桡骨双骨折的有限元分析 被引量:11

摘要 探讨塑形夹板治疗尺桡骨双骨折的作用机制。用有限元分析的方法 ,从理论上探讨了传统夹板、塑形夹板和单纯掌背侧夹板 3种固定方式固定治疗尺桡骨双骨折时 ,尺桡骨受力情况。结果发现 :单纯掌背侧夹板和塑形夹板对尺桡骨产生的分骨作用力均大于传统夹板 (P<0 .0 1、P<0 .0 5 ) ,单纯掌背侧夹板大于塑形夹板 ,但二者之间无统计学上的差异 (P>0 .1 )。结论 :塑形夹板通过对传统夹板的改良 ,不仅解决了夹板形状与前臂外形不符合问题 ,而且在一定程度上增强了分骨作用力 ,有利于骨折的稳定。与其它 2种夹板比较 ,能够减少功能锻炼时骨折断端再移位 。 To study the mechanism of conforming splint for treating fracture of both ulna and radius,the different force influence of ulna and radius when being treated by traditional (A),conforming (B) and single dorsal metacarpal (C) splints was discussed theoretically.The result showed that the force of B and C between ulna and radius was more obvious than that of A(P<0.05,P<\{0.01),\}C was more obvious than B while there was not significantly different.It indicates that the problem between the shape of splint and forearm has been resolved by being improved conforming splints based on traditional splint,the force between ulna and radius is reinforced to some extent and then it is useful for stabilization of fracture.Conforming splint can reduce re displacement of fracture during functional training in comparison with the other two splints,and this provides the better mechanical environment for early functional training.\;
