复方太子参颗粒促进周围神经损伤后再生的实验研究

Experimental Study of Composite TAIZISHEN Granule on Promoting Regeneration of Post-injury Peripheral Nerve

用钳夹大鼠坐骨神经建立周围神经损伤的动物模型 ,随机分为实验组和对照组 ,每日分别给予复方太子参颗粒和生理盐水灌胃 ,在术后 2、4、6周进行各指标的检测。结果 :实验组在坐骨神经功能指数、电生理学、组织形态学等方面显著优于对照组。结论

The models of peripheral nerve injury was set up by forceps holding sciatic nerve of rats,48 rats were divided into the experimental group (G1,treated by composite TAIZISHEN granule)and the control group(G2,treated by saline),and then the indexes were tested in 2,4 and 6 weeks of operation intervals respectively.The results showed that G1 was significantly superior to G2 in sciatic nerve functional index (SFI),electrophysiological and histo morphological indexes.It indicates that the composite TAIZISHEN granule can promote the regeneration,repair and functional recovery of early peripheral nerve injury.\;
