摘要
目的建立用反相高效液相色谱 (RP -HPLC)测定枳壳中辛弗林的含量的方法。方法 :采用十八烷基烷键合硅胶柱KromasilC18,流动相为甲醇 -水 -十二烷基硫酸钠 (6 0 :4 0 :0 .1) ;检测波长 :2 75nm ;流速 :1ml/min ;柱温 :4 0℃。结果 :辛弗林在 0 .2 9~ 2 .32 μg范围内具有良好线性关系 ,平均回收率 97.7% ,RSD =1.2 6 % (n =6 ) ,具较好的精密度、重复性和稳定性。结论 :RP -HPLC测定辛弗林的含量 ,不仅操作简便、准确 。
Objective: To establish the determining the quantity of sypephrine in Fructus Aurantii. Method: kromasilC 1 8 for column, methanol-water-sodium dodecylsulphate (60:40:0.1) for mobile phase, 275nm detective length, 1ml/min for flow rate, temperature 40℃. Result: For Sypephrine,the linear rang was from 0.29 to 2.32ug , average recovery rate 97.7%, RSD 1.26%, with precise accurate, recurrence and stability. Conclusion: Determining the quantity of sypephrine in Fructus Aurantii by RP-HPLC is simple, accurate and recurrent.
