血压平治疗高血压病的临床研究

Research on applying Xueyaping to treating hypertension

为探讨血压平治疗高血压的临床疗效 ,笔者在导师的指导下观察了 6 0例绝经后女性高血压病中医辨为阴虚阳亢或肝火旺盛患者的治疗效果。结果显示运用具有养肝清肝平肝补肾作用的血压平治疗 ,其降压疗效、症状疗效均相当于对照药物松龄血脉康 ,在调脂和改善血液高凝状态方面 ,明显优于对照药物。同时 ,还观察到血压平能有效提高绝经后高血压病患者血浆雌二醇 (E2 )水平 ,使T/E2趋于正常 ,提示可能通过调节高血压病患者垂体———性腺轴性激素分泌水平起降压的作用。

To explore the efficacy of Xueyaping. Method: 60 female hypertension patients who were over menopause and diagnosed by TCM for Yin-deficiency and Yang-excess(Liver heat excess) were divided randomly into two group, 30 cases for treating group with Xueyaping, others for contrasting group with Shonglingxuemaikang. Results: It showed that the Xueyaping had satisfied efficacy for cleaning liver, restraining liver, nourishing liver and kidney, reducing significantly blood pressure and clinic symptom, as well as cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein, while raising high density lipoprotein and improving high coagulation condition of blood. Conclusion: Xueyaping could improve the patients serum estrovite and reduce the ratio of testosterone and estrovite, so the efficacy for reducing blood pressure maybe come off by regulating the function of pituitary gland and sex axle which is charge of sex hormone-secreting.
