摘要
目的 :探讨牛磺酸对哮喘豚鼠气道壁厚度和转化生长因子 β1的影响。方法 :采用卵蛋白腹腔注射法复制哮喘豚鼠模型 ,分别给予生理盐水和牛磺酸治疗 ,比较治疗后小气道 (直径 <2 0 0 μm)壁厚度 (% )和气道壁中TGF - β1的含量。结果 :牛磺酸治疗组 (B组 )小气道壁厚度与哮喘组 (A组 )无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;气道壁TGF - β1含量 (灰度值 )B组与A组差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :牛磺酸能有效抑制气道壁中TGF - β1蛋白的表达 ,对气道重塑的治疗效果还需进一步观察。
Objective:To evaluate the influence of taurine on airway wall thickness and the expression of TGF-β 1 in asthmatic guinea pigs.Method:Thirty six guinea pigs were divided on an average into three groups randomly: asthma group ( A group), taurine group (B group) and normal saline group ( C group). The animals of A and B groups were sensitized by 10% OVA and were treated with normal saline and taurine, respectively. The small airway walls thickness (Diameter<200μm) and the gray value of TGF-β 1 in bronchitis among the three groups above were compared.Results:The difference of the airway walls thickness between A group (11.21±3.11) and B group (10.30±2.98) was not significant( P >0.05).The gray value of TGF-β 1 of A group (66.14±3.22) in bronchitis was lower than that of B group (71.70±4.63) and C group (75.86±4.24)( P <0.01).Conclusion:The treatment by taurine can down regulate the expression of TGF-β 1 at protein level. The treatment effect of taurine on airway remodeling needs further investigation.
