China's socialist cause has obtained great achievements, the key reason for it lies in that DengXiaoping Theory found the right starting point to develop socialism and brought about three decisivereforms. The starting point refers to China's being in the primary stage of socialism. The threereforms include socialist structure reform, socialist system reform and socialist means reform.
