The Influence on Our Country's Subsidy System after China's Entering the WTO

WTO规则中补贴与反补贴措施是国际经济发展的产物 ,是随着现代国际贸易的形成而出现的。随着我国市场经济的建立和加入WTO ,国内企业将面临这一规则。本文立足于中国加入世界贸易组织在补贴和反补贴方面所面临的新形势 ,探讨我国出口所面临的反补贴形势 ,提出了相关立法与执法建议。

The subsidies and countervailing measure in the WTO rule is the product of international economy development and coming into being with the formation of the modern international trade. With the establishment of market economy and China's access to the WTO, the domestic enterprises will face up with this rule. Considering the new situation of subsidies and countervailing China will meet after entering the WTO, this article discusses the countervailing situation for China's export and then comes up with some corresponding suggestions about legislation and the implementation of law.
