摘要
根据绿色化思想 ,对铸造亚共晶铝硅合金进行了绿色化规划探讨。现有的铝硅合金牌号过多 ,以铸造亚共晶铝硅合金为例 ,中国至少有 11种牌号 ,美国有 14种 ,俄罗斯有 16种 ,日本有 11种。同时 ,这些合金的性能大多相互覆盖。这为材料选择、加工、管理和回收带来诸多不便。为了解决这些问题 ,规划出两种牌号 ,足以满足一般的要求。一种为低成本、中等性能合金 (σb=15 0~ 2 0 0MPa ,δ5=1.0 %~ 4.0 % ,如美国的 35 6 .0或中国的ZL10 1) ;另一种为中等成本、中高性能合金 (σb=2 0 0~ 42 0MPa ,δ5=2 .0 %~ 8.0 % ,如我国新近开发的ZL12 0 )。
Based on the greenness idea, the greenization planning on the hypoeutectic cast Al-Si alloy is provided. There are a great many of Al-Si alloy grades at present., for example, 11 grades in China, 14 grades in USA, 16 grades in Russian, 11 grades in Japan. It is found that most of mechanical properties of the alloys are covered each other. There are much trouble with materials selection, processing, management and recovery. To solved above problems, two grades groups would be planned. One of the alloy is low cost with middle mechanical properties(σ b=150~200 MPa,δ 5=1.0%~4.0%, e. g., A356.0 in USA or ZL101 in China)while the other alloy is middle cost with higher mechanical properties (σ b=200~420 MPa,δ 5=2.0%~8.0%, e. g., ZL120 in China).
