摘要
论述了挤压态锰铜阻尼合金的热处理工艺对阻尼性能的影响 ,并与水冷金属型试样的阻尼性能进行比较。结果表明 :挤压态锰铜合金在热处理工艺为 80 0℃保温 4h固溶处理 ,水淬后在 40 0℃保温 4h时效处理的条件下 ,其阻尼性能最好 ,与水冷金属型试样相比要高出 2 0 %。同时 ,该合金的阻尼性能随频率变化而变化 ,在f=2 2
The effect of heat treatment on the damping properties of the Mn\|Cu damping alloy in extruding casting,compared with that in the water cooling permanent mold was studied.The results showed that under the condition of the 800 ℃×4 h solution treatment with immediate water quenching and aging at 400 ℃ for 4 h,the optimum damping property of MN\|Cu damping alloy in extruding casting that is higher by 20% than in water cooling permanent mold.Moreover,the damping property of the alloy changes with the frequency.A internal friction peak occurs at frequency 225 Hz.
