摘要
研究了固溶元素Sn掺杂对Zr52 .5Ti5Ni14 .6Cu17.9Al10 非晶合金玻璃形成能力 (GFA)的影响。结果发现 ,掺杂不同含量的Sn会使玻璃化温度Tg,晶化温度Tx 不同程度地向高温移动 ,但对合金熔化温度Tm 影响不大。当Sn的摩尔分数为1.86 %时 ,合金玻璃化温度Tg提高了 17℃ ,晶化温度Tx 提高了 36℃ ,从而使ΔTx 提高了 19℃ ,玻璃化温度与合金熔点温度的比值Trg由 0 .6 3提高到 0 .6 5。分析了Sn元素对Tg,Tx
Effects of Sn addition on the glass forming ability of Zr 52.5Ti 5Ni 14.6Cu 17.9Al 10 bulk metallic glass alloy have been investigated. The results showed that both the glass transition temperature T g and crystallization temperature T x moved to higher temperature to some extent while the melting temperature T m showed slight variation with various Sn addition. T g and T x increased by 17 ℃ and 36 ℃ respectively with 1.86% Sn addition, thus the ΔT x increased by 19 ℃ and the reduced temperature increase from 0.63 to 0.65. The effects of Sn on T g, T x and the glass forming ability were analyzed.
