摘要
快速原形制造技术与陶瓷型精密铸造相结合是目前金属模具快速制造的有效方法。为了进一步缩短制造周期、降低生产成本 ,摸索出一套新的陶瓷型精密铸造工艺———喷涂法陶瓷型造型 ,对该工艺的涂料配方、喷涂工艺进行研究 。
Combining Rapid Prototyping with Manufacturing Technology for Ceramic Mould in Investment Casting is an effective method for rapidly making metal die. In order to further shorten production period and drop cost, a set of new spray forming technology for ceramic mold in investment casting was developed. The composition of the ceramic coating and technological parameters of the spray forming were studied. The experimental results show that the metal die has high quality and meets specified requirement.
