摘要
叙述了有孤立热节铸件缩孔缺陷的现场工艺改进措施 ,对其产生的原因进行了分析和探讨。
The improved measures of the present process to prevent porosity of the casting with isolated hot spot were described. And the formation of the defects was approached. Increase in calcined temperature for mold shell as well as pouring temperature and decrease in temperature of liquid steel in mold shell can reduce or prevent the shrinkage hole.
