摘要
用X射线衍射 (XRD)、差示扫描量热 (DSC)和透射电镜 (TEM )方法 ,研究快速凝固Al85Fe1 0 Zr5合金急冷态和退火态的显微组织。结果表明 ,DSC曲线显示非晶的晶化为非晶→Al+非晶→Al+Al1 3Fe4 +Al3Zr两阶段反应 ,初始温度分别为 165℃和 3 80℃。快凝合金经 2 0 0℃× 1h退火 ,急冷态组织中的完全非晶转变为非晶 +面心立方 (fcc)Al晶的混合体 ,Al相为纳米晶 (<2 0nm)。快凝合金试样经 5 0 0℃× 1h处理 ,Al1 3Fe4 和Al3Zr相析出并明显粗化。采用快凝方法可获得完全非晶组织 ,而面心立方Al相及Al1 3Fe4
Al 85 Fe 10 Zr 5 amorphous alloy with lightweight and inexpensiveness is produced by melt spun The microstructure of as spun and as annealed ribbons in rapidly solidified Al 85 Fe 10 Zr 5 alloy are investigated by using X ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimetry and transmission electron microscopy The results show that the amorphous alloy crystallizes by two stage reactions of Am→Al+Am→Al+Al 13 Fe 4+Al 3Zr and the onset temperature of each exothermic reaction is 165℃ and 380℃ When annealing at 200℃ for 1 hour, the amorphous phase changes to a mixed structure of amorphous and fcc Al phases The Al phase has a very fine grain size of 20nm The precipitation and coarseness of Al 13 Fe 4 and Al 3Zr phase are found while treatment at 500℃ for 1 hour The amorphous structure is formed in the melt spun Al 85 Fe 10 Zr 5 alloy The precipitation structure consists of fcc Al phase and some compounds of Al 13 Fe 4 and Al 3Zr phase depending on their crystallized temperature
