摘要 在分析ZnSO4 溶液除Mn2 + 的几种传统工艺的基础上 ,研究 (NH4 ) 2 S2 O8法除Mn2 + 的工艺 ,及 pH值、温度、时间等因素对除锰率的影响。结果表明 ,新方法除锰效果好、操作简单、不引入其它杂质离子。最佳除锰条件为 :温度 90℃ ,pH值 5 4,反应时间 3h ,在硫酸锌溶液加热到 90℃时加入过硫酸铵。除锰率达到 99 86%。 The current processes of manganese(Ⅱ) ion removal from zinc sulfate solution are described and the novel manganese(Ⅱ) ion removing technology from zinc sulfate solution with ammonium peroxysulphate is investigated and the effects of pH value, temperature and retention time on the manganese removal rate are studied The results show that the manganese removal is completely, the operation is easily and no impurities are introduced by using the new process And the optimum condition is: pH, 5 4; temperature, 90℃; heating time, 3h; excessive of oxidant, 20% The manganese removal is up to 99 86% under the optimum condition
