摘要
通过建立回转窑托轮力计算的线性公式 ,采用优化方法得出某回转窑最佳的机械运行状态。结果表明回转窑各档轴线无偏差时 ,托轮支承力分配不均匀。回转窑最佳运行状态时 ,1,3 ,4,5档垂直方向的轴线偏差都在± 10mm以上 ,1,2 ,3档左右各托轮受力最大 ,各为 14 46kN ,5档托轮受力最小 ,为 73 3kN。水平轴线偏差为 0时 。
