简论归因理论在行政组织激励中的运用

摘要 及时、正确地引导组织成员对自己所承担工作的效率及成败进行分析总结和确认 ,是激发调动组织成员工作积极性和潜能的重要一环。本文试图把归因理论引入行政组织管理 ,具体分析行政组织对其成员的行政实践及成败应当采取的归因引导和激励 。 The administrative organization should promptly and appropriately direct its members to analyze, summarize and affirm the efficiency and fulfillment of undertaking works. It is one of factors that inspire and energize the enthusiasm and potentials of internal members towards tasks. With regards to the theory, the importance to combine the theory with the daily management for the assessment of the members' practice and performance has been clarified and analyzed in details. The theoretical backgrounds and new thoughts for practice have also been provided for administrative organization to carry out daily operation creatively in the fields of human resource management.
