摘要
运用体育测量法、文献资料法和数理统计法,对沙滩和硬地原地纵跳动力学指标进行比较研究,期望从女排运动员弹跳力及下肢主要关节肌群肌力变化的角度发现沙滩排球训练对弹跳力的影响机制。研究结果:沙滩和硬地的原地纵跳起跳用力方式相同,但主要动力学指标在统计学上有显著性差异,这是沙滩排球训练后弹跳高度提高,弹跳主要关节肌群等速向心收缩力有显著性增长的重要动力学原因。
The dynamic indexes of vertical jumping on simulated beach and the floor were compared to study the mechanism of the influence on female volleyball players' jumping ability by beach volleyball training.Methods of measurement, document study and mathematical statistics were employed.The results show that the motion way of vertical jumping on the simulated beach is similar to that on the floor,but the dynamic indexes of the former are obviously different from that of the latter.This is the important dynamic reason for the raise of jumping ability and isokinetic concentric strength of the knee and ankle joint flexors and extensors through beach volleyball training.
