摘要
2 ( 2 羟基 4 氨基苯基 ) 5 磺酸基氢化苯并三唑是新型活性紫外线吸收剂的一个重要的中间体 .以邻硝基苯胺为起始原料 ,以浓硫酸为磺化剂 ,选用氯苯或邻二氯苯作磺化介质来制备 4 氨基 3 硝基苯磺酸 ;然后再以 4 氨基 3 硝基苯磺酸和间氨基酚为原料 ,经重氮化、偶合、还原制备目标化合物 .研究磺化反应、重氮化反应及偶合反应的影响因素 ,得出适宜反应条件 .磺化反应收率可达 90 % ,反应总产率为 80
hydroxy-4-aminophenyl)-5-sulfo-2H-benzotriazole was an important intermediate for new reactive UV absorbers. The title compound was prepared from 4-amino-3-nitro-benzensulfonic acid and m-aminophenol by diazotisation, coupling reaction and reduction, yield was 80 %; And 4-amino-3-nitro-benzensulfonic acid was prepared from o-nitroaniline under concentrated sulfuric acid as sulfonating agent and chlorobenzene or o-dichlorobenzene as medium, yield was 90 %. The factors influencing on sulfonation reaction ,diazotisation and coupling reaction were investigated and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained.
