摘要
本文通过X射线衍射 (XRD)分析、差热分析 (DTA)和化学分析研究了CaLa2 B10 O19(LCB)晶体中的包裹体及在晶体生长过程中包裹体产生的原因。说明了包裹体的主要成份是LaB3O6,高温溶液中B2 O3 的挥发是造成包裹体产生的主要原因。为消除包裹体的产生 ,选择了合适的助溶剂 ,分别以 10 0mol%CaB4 O7和 5 0mol%B2 O3 和 15 0mol%CaB4 O7为助溶剂生长出了一定尺寸、光学质量较高的LCB晶体。
The inclusions in CaLa 2B 10O 19 (LCB) crystal,as well as the reason of the inclusion formation during the crystal growth were investigated by the means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) method,differential thermal analysis (DTA) and chemical analysis. The results showed that the inclusion was LaB 3O 6 and the volatility of B 2O 3 component in high-temperature solution was the main reason of the formation of the inclusion. For eliminating the inclusion,we selected two flux systems with 100mol%?CaB 4O 7 and 50mol%?B 2O 3 and 150mol%?CaB 4O 7 as solvent.High-optical quality and relatively large-sized LCB crystals were obtained.
