摘要
针对油田开发对调剖技术的需要 ,进行了室内实验 ,测试了进口阳离子聚合物溶液的增粘、吸附等特性 .结果表明 ,阳离子聚合物溶液的粘度随溶液的质量分数的增加而增大 ,随溶液矿化度的增加而降低 ;在实验岩心中 ,交替注入调剖剂的最佳顺序为阳离子聚合物→水→阴离子聚合物 .选择大庆喇嘛甸油田 4注 8采井组进行了矿场实验 ,实验区提高采收率为 12 .89% ,高于聚合物驱对比区 10 .0 1%的采收率增幅 ,调剖井比普通聚合物驱井增油 30 30t.
As question of cross\|flow became more and more serious in Daqing Oil Field during water flooding and polymer flooding, more attention had been paid to the in\|dept plugging methods. In this paper, chemical composition of cation polymer, called Mysorb-c681 produced by Mitsui Chemical Corporation in Japan, has been analyzed and measuring method of its concentration also been studied. Besides what is mentioned above, the relationships among viscosity and concentration and mineralized degree were researched, and resistance factor and residual resistance factor were measured, and efficiency of in\|dept plugging action was evaluated in laboratory. Based on this, a pilot test, which has four injectors and eight producers, has been done in Lamadian reservoir of Daqing oil field. The test results show that 12.89 percent of oil recovery has been obtained in pilot test unit, and both of enhanced oil recovery and oil production were 2.88% and 3 030 t in comparison with polymer flooding unit.
