摘要
为了掌握催化裂化旋风分离器筒体与锥体内的流体流动规律 ,应用旋风分离器试验装置测试了该分离器筒体与锥体的流场与浓度场的分布 .结果表明 ,流场外旋流下行区气旋偏大 ,在筒体和锥体结合部螺旋气流振动加快 ,对分离有影响 ;内旋流上行区气旋直径减小 ,速度加大 ,会产生二次分离 ;芯管进口下部净化气流向上浓度逐渐减小 ,故芯管置于内。
In order to gain a mastery of fluid flowing rule in cylinder and cone of D type cyclone separator in theories and practice, we measured the distribution of fluid and concentration in the cylinder and cone with the cyclone separator experimental appliance. Results showed that in the descent area out of the fluid, cyclone is larger; on the combination of cylinder and cone, the vibration of cyclone gets faster; in the ascent area of the inner fluid, the diameter of the cyclone is smaller while speed rises and the sccone\|time separation may occur. At the bottom of the central\|pipe's entry, the concentration of purified rising fluid gets smaller. On the cross\|section of inner and outer fluid, the separating efficiency reaches the best point.
