用镗削法提高自增强管残余应力测量精度

摘要 分析了用镗削法测量自增强管壁残余应力过程中影响测量精度的主要因素 .认为合适的镗削工艺可以减少切削残余应力导致的误差 ;采用由IMP -PC组成的应变测量系统可以减少由于应变测量导致的误差 ;采用H型边界并引入边界效应系数可消除边界影响、节约试件材料 .分别导出弹、塑性区残余应力的计算公式 .结果表明 The main affecting factors in determination of residual stress distributions in autofrettagea tube by Sack's boring method has been analyzed. Some effective ways were proposed: 1. Selecting proper boring parameters, the error caused by cutting residual stresses can be reduced. 2. Using the strain measurement device, IMP35951B&PC, which has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, low drift and oscillation, the error caused by strain measurement can be eliminated. 3. Using H form boundary, the influence of the boundary\|effect can be reduced extremely. The results revised by the coefficient formulas can eliminate the influences of the boundary\|effect and save the testing\|tube material. 4. The residual stresses in elastic or in plastic zone should use different corresponding calculation formula respectively.
