摘要
研究了焦化蜡油中碱性氮化物质量分数w(Nb)的变化对裂化产品的分布及原料转化率的影响规律 .在同轴式小型流化催化裂化试验装置上 ,考察了 50 0℃和 52 0℃两个温度下 ,碱性氮化物对焦化蜡油裂化性能的影响 .结果表明 ,当原料中w(Nb)每增加 0 .1%时 ,汽油收率下降 3.1%~ 5.5% ,转化率平均下降 2 %~ 4 % ,焦炭收率增加 1%~ 3% ,柴油收率随w(Nb)增加有一极值 ,极值位置随温度升高而提前出现 ,因此 。
The effect law which is the mass fraction change of basic nitrogen compound of CGO for the distribution of cracking products and the feedstock conversion was studied. The effects of basic nitrogen compound on the CGO cracking properties at 500 ℃ and 520 ℃ with a pilot orthoflow FCCU was investigated. The experimental results show that with the concentration of the basic nitrogen compound increased ,the yield of gasoline was decreased by 3.1%~ 5.5 %, the conversion ratio will decrease by 2%~4%, and then the yield of coke increases by 1%~3% with the concentration of basic nitrogen compound increases 0.1%, yield extreme value of gas oil appears when the basic nitrogen increases ,and then the temperature increases the yield extreme value of gas oil appers early.
