摘要
尽管目前有一些确定房地产租赁价格的模型 ,但在实践中受各种实际条件的限制而不能发挥很大的作用。在此 ,笔者试图利用运筹学中的对偶问题来寻求一种新的房地产租赁价格确定模型 。
There have been some models to fix the leasing prices of the real estate.However,these models are not feasible because of the limitations from diversified real conditions.In view of this,the author is employing the dual problem in the operations research to establish a model for the pricing of the real estate.
