摘要
介绍以8031单片机为核心,产生快速正弦扫频信号、伪随机信号,三种不同分布的随机信号、脉冲信号等宽频激振信号的数学原理,程序框图及各类信号。对悬臂梁及MMB-1412精密外圆磨床的激振试验分析,结果证实该种方法是正确的,具有推广应用价值。
The mathematical principles of wide-frequency excitationsignals and the flowchart, as the rapid frequency sweep signal, the pseudo_randomsignal: three kinds of distribution random siqnals,pulse signal, have been introducedin detail, as 8031 single-chip microcomputer is used, and the model of beam withoverhanging and the precision cylindrical grinder MMB-1412 have been excitedby signals.It has been shown that the method is right and have practical valueof application.
